Ontario Court of Appeal Upholds Precedent Setting Judgment Obtained by Zvulony and Co.

Award of $192 Million USD is believed to be the largest in Canadian History

Sept 12, 2007 -  The Ontario Court of Appeal unanimously upheld a precedent setting judgment of US $192 million awarded by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in the case of State Street Research Income Trust et. al. v. Winger that was obtained by Zvulony & Co on behalf of a class of American investors. 

Toronto lawyer Gil Zvulony of Zvulony and Co. successfully represented the winning side in both the Superior Court of Justice and in the Ontario Court of Appeal.  The judgment is believed to be the largest judicial award in Canadian history.
