Prices are based on transactions of average complexity and include processing of one conventional mortgage on a purchase and discharge of one mortgage on a sale.
Additional fees are charged for additional mortgages, less than 2 weeks to closing, mortgage instructions received less than 3 days to closing, changed closing dates, amendments and additional appointments;
In addition to fees, disbursements are incurred and average about $300.00 on a purchase and $250.00 on a sale.
