Mr. Zvulony is experienced in cases involving libel and slander. Most of his cases involve the internet but he has experience with off-line defamation as well. Mr. Zvulony has defended many people accused of defamation on the internet, including forum moderators, Facebook users, activist bloggers, and disgruntled consumers.

Copyright Law
With the increased ease of copying in the digital age, Gil Zvulony's practice has a strong copyright component. Mr. Zvulony has advocated for various authors, artists, photographers, software developers, academics, and businesses in copyright matters. He has published several articles on Copyright Law, including the popular Rights in a Photograph.
Private International Law
With the increase in cross-border transactions, Mr. Zvulony has represented many American judgment creditors in the Ontario courts. Mr. Zvulony won a precedent setting judgment against a former executive on behalf of a group of investors.
